Do you lean toward being Goal Driven, or do you find yourself more Purpose Driven? 

Many managers have difficulty when trading goals against purpose.  If you are goal driven, you can be measured against your effort, but not necessarily against the success of your clients.  Being Purpose Driven is more focused on the clients success rather than your own.
