Over the past five decades, I have learned that you have two choices when pursuing and executing projects either the Client Wins or You Win. If you plan on making project management a long-term career, it is best to ensure that the “Client Wins”. This is true whether the client is internal or external to your organization. If you let client success, be your guiding principle, the goals will take care of themselves.
